Key Responsibilities
Works with the Director of Year 4 Curriculum and assists that office with administrative responsibilities including but not limited to:
a. Collaborating with the Director of Year 4 Curriculum and selective rotations instructors to oversee completion and grading of Year 4 selective and independent study rotations.
b. Monitoring student and preceptor evaluations and addressing concerns as needed.
c. Facilitating communication between WesternU CVM, preceptors, clinical sites and students when required.
Key Responsibilities
2. Works with the Director of Year 3 Curriculum and assists that office with administrative responsibilities including but not limited to:
a. Assisting with scheduling, schedule changes, and evaluation of Year 3 sessions.
b. Monitoring student and preceptor evaluations and addressing concerns as needed.
c. Facilitating communication between WesternU CVM, preceptors, clinical sites and students when required.
Key Responsibilities
Serves as a facilitator for Veterinary Basic and Medical Sciences problem-based learning sessions.

Assists the Office of Clinical Relations with oversight of clinical sites including but not limited to:
a. Performing and documenting site visits and safety and facility inspections to help ensure the clinical site provides a safe, positive, and effective learning environment.
b. Assisting with enforcing WesternU CVM policies and procedures for both students, clinical sites, and preceptors.
c. Administering preceptor training as directed and as needed.
d. Assisting with recruiting new clinical sites and preceptors when needed.
e. Assisting in preparing annual reports and other documents required for quality control and accreditation purposes.
Key Responsibilities
Serves on College committees as assigned.

1. Participates in college admissions file reviews and interviews.
2. Represents the college at specified events as determined by the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, such as White Coat and Graduation ceremonies.
3. Performs other duties as assigned.
