Location: Koenig & Bauer Office, Dallas, TX

Reports to: Corporate Logistics/Custom Compliance Manager

Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9: 00 AM - 6:00 PM CST with 1 hour Lunch

FLSA Status: Non-exempt/Hourly

Compensation: $19.50 per hour; $150 on-call for weekend + hours worked

Job Responsibility: The Warehouse Associate is Responsible for performing the day-to-day duties and tasks of the warehouse including: Picking part orders; shipping; receiving; processing returns; stocking inventory; preparing toolboxes for shipment to jobs; inventory and stocking of tools; and processing factory returns. Must be dedicated to keeping a clean and organized warehouse

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive customer parts orders through Parts Department, pick parts from inventory that are associated with the order; pack and ship orders for same-day turnaround. Must be able to learn and identify printing press parts.

Arrange for shipments of orders and other packages both domestically and internationally through various vendors such as UPS, Federal Express, and common carriers.

Receive track and process parts for factory returns.

Receive, record, and stock inventory in designated areas of the warehouse.

Participate in (annual) physical inventory including cycle counts, etc.

Commit to revolving Saturday work schedule as needed

Trained in standard operating procedures and best practices for the warehouse.

Must be able to operate a forklift safely

Physical Demands of Job:

This position requires continuous (more than 5.6 hours per day) standing and walking on concrete floors, bending, kneeling, reaching above shoulders, climbing ladders, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. This position also requires frequent (2.6 to 5.5 hours per day) use of computer.

Required Qualifications:


Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record.


Education: High School Diploma or GED-equivalent required.

Post-high school technical degree or certification preferred

Experience: Minimum two (2) years of warehousing experience.

Computer Skills: General computer applications with Windows, MS Word; Excel; Internet Explorer; and Outlook, etc.
