Job Title:ÂNetwork Coordinator

Location:ÂKoenig & Bauer Office, Dallas (Irving), TX

Reports to:ÂSoftware Application and Process ImprovementÂManager

Standard Schedule:ÂMonday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. CST with one-hour Lunch

FLSA Status:ÂNon-exempt/Hourly

Compensation:Â$25-$30



Job Responsibility: TheÂNetwork CoordinatorÂwill assist in maintaining company's IT infrastructure, working to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, contributing to the smooth operation of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Configure and set up computer systems, ensuring all users have access to the necessary software and resources. Including but not limited to imaging of PCs (Both Laptop, and desktops), printers, PC/Server applications, Phones, and Cell phones.


• Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.


• Install and update operating systems, software applications, and security patches as needed.


• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, both wired and wireless.


• Investigate and address system errors, including hardware and software malfunctions, and implement effective solutions.


• Provide timely technical support to employees facing network-related problems.


• Act as main liaison point between IT Germany team and the US team for troubleshooting, updating, and implementing system changes. This may require working during non-standard hours.


• Work closely with outside vendors and German It staff on handoff protocols, and procedures for escalated action topics.


• Perform routine maintenance on printers, phones, and other network equipment to ensure their optimal performance.


• Monitor equipment performance and replace or upgrade components as needed.


• Maintain an inventory of network hardware and software licenses.


• Run Monthly reports for software and finance team as required.


• Assist in running exception reports to find SAP errors and Keep data system clean.


• Work with manager on process improvement implementation, including system testing, review of failures, and maintaining approval and signatory guidelines.


• Digitizing and process improvements for systems implementation projects. Example of projects - scanning documents, moving documentation to the google filing system, reviewing Salesforce or SAP data for accuracy and improvement.


• Promote creativity and a free flow of new ideas to generate unique solutions for business success.


• Proactively anticipates co-workers needs by staying up to date with new technology and industry trends.


• Displays consistently high ethical standards in business affairs. Displays enthusiastic approach to work and the company. Builds trust and credibility with Koenig & Bauer vendors, co-workers, and other business partners by following through on commitments. Follows company policies, rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures.


• Promotes a safe working environment by attending required training, using any personal protective equipment provided, following all safety policies, and performing work in a safe manner at all times.


• Works in close collaboration and cooperation with the Koenig & Bauer It divisions.


• Performs other duties, as assigned.

Required Qualifications:


Education:ÂTwo (2) year degree in computer science, IT, or related degree or minimum of 2 year related work experience.

Experience:ÂMinimum three (3) years of on-the-job experience in network administration and troubleshooting.

Computer Skills:ÂKnowledge of network security principles and best practices. Expert with Microsoft office suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Edge).

Physical Requirements:ÂThis position requires frequent, sitting, standing, and repetition with hands. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
